Step 1
Let’s start out by creating a new file. I used a 600×600 pixels canvas set at 72dpi, and I filled my background with #0C0C0C color shade. Then make a new layer set and name it 'Spaceship Design'.
Select the Rounded Rectangle Tool, above your screen under the options palette choose Fill Pixels, set the radius to 60 px and check anti-aliased. In a new layer draw a dark gray rounded rectangle with #4B4B4B color shade and 142 x 232 px dimensions.

Step 2
Under Layer Style(Layer > Layer Style) add an Inner Glow, Satin and Gradient Overlay blending options to the dark gray rounded rectangle layer.

Step 3
In a new layer draw a black rounded rectangle with the same size as the dark gray rounded rectangle.

Step 4
Under Layer Style(Layer > Layer Style) add an Inner Shadow, Inner Glow and Satin blending options to the black rounded rectangle layer. Then set the layer's blending mode to Lighten.

Step 5
In a new layer draw a white ellipse with 117 x 82 px dimensions as shown below.

Step 6
Under Layer Style(Layer > Layer Style) add an Outer Glow and Gradient Overlay blending options to the white ellipse layer. Then set the layer's opacity level to 39%.

Step 7
In a new layer draw a black ellipse slightly smaller than the white ellipse design.

Step 8
Under Layer Style(Layer > Layer Style) add an Inner Shadow and Gradient Overlay blending options to the black ellipse layer. Then set the layer's blending mode to Soft Light.
