Final Image Preview

Step 1

Let’s start out by creating a new file. I used a 900×400 pixels canvas set at 72dpi, and I filled my background with black. Now create a new layer set and name it 'Colorful Lines'. Then select the Pen Tool with Paths on, in a new layer create a similar path shown below.

Step 2

Select the brush tool and set the brush size to 13 pt hard brush. Then set the foreground color to #C80303 color shade. Once you have a path line on your canvas right click your mouse and select Stroke Path, use the setting below and apply it. You now have your first color design, right click on your canvas and delete the paths.

Step 3

Add more unique colorful lines with different color shades positioned with each other as shown below.

Step 4

Merge down the 'Colorful Lines' layer set through Layer > Merge Layer Set. Then under Layer Style(Layer > Layer Style) add an Inner Glow blending option.

Step 5

Duplicate the Colorful Lines design layer and apply a blur through Filter > Blur. Then move the duplicate by a couple of pixels down.

Step 6

Now duplicate the original colorful lines design and resize it down, position it above the blurred layer design.

Step 7

Now add more colorful lines design to fill up the empty space. use the transform options such as resize, rotate etc.

Step 8

Add a marquee selection around the design and copy the selection through Edit > Copy. Then go back to Edit > Paste. Now apply a motion blur effect through Filter > Blur, use the settings below.

Step 9:

Set the layer's blending mode of the copy design from step 8 to Hard Light. Then move this design layer down by a couple of pixels.

Step 10:

Select the Horizontal Type Tool then set the font family to Book Antiqua, bold italic, 30 pt, and crisp and #6CFF00 color shade. In a new text layer type a title on the design, use different colors for each word.

Step 11:

Under Layer Style(Layer > Layer Style) add a Gradient Overlay blending option to your text layer.
